We all know that some of the excitement of the upcoming deer season is going online or to Bass Pro to buy some new gear. With that said, let’s review some new awesome options for 2015. Let’s start with the Sitka Launchpad. This thing looks like a large skinny duffle bag. The pad operates as a bow case, clothing bag, and in my opinion the best part, a changing station for outside the truck. We all need something to carry our bow and camo clothing, but on top of that we can change into our pants or bibs and boots without having to struggle to keep our feet dry from the snow and mud. Guess the only downside is that the bag probably gets pretty dirty overtime laying in the rain, snow, and mud.
One other thing I wanted to cover is the new wireless trail camera called the Stealth Cam GXW Wireless. This thing is awesome! It’s a 12 megapixel camera that allows you to check the pictures of that dream buck right from your mobile device or tablet. All you have to do is download the app. The whole device is controlled directly from the app including notification and camera settings. This seems like a no brainer because I know we all get tired of going out to retrieve the memory stick and then plugging it in to the computer to finally have the ability to see the pictures. Think about it, all you have to do is turn on your phone.
